Shipping

We offer free shipping and insurance on orders of 350 euros and over. We ship worldwide via FEDEX, DHL or COLISSIMO (in covered areas, see the restrictions in our Terms and Conditions). A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delivery within the European Union

Prices include French VAT. We usually ship your order within 7 business days. Typical delivery time is 5-10 business days within Europe.

Non-European Union countries

Prices do not include French VAT. We usually ship your order within 7 business days. Delivery time with Fedex is usually 5-20 business days outside the EU.

Taxes and duties for shipments outside European Union

Purchased items with international shipping may be subject to customs duties and other taxes and charges upon entry into the destination country. Please note that these charges are not included in our shipping fees. In the event of absence during delivery, FEDEX or DHL will contact you for a second presentation. No delivery on Saturdays. Make sure you correctly fill your phone number in your customer profile and all other information, it might need to know to deliver your parcel.
